Initially, the finalised products go through various visual and dimensional checks, tensile and bending tests are done on the coupon taken from product to determine critical stress intensity factors, then hydraulic testing and leak proof testing is done. The products are also inspected on parameters of glass content, lap-shear strength, and bond strength.
